Join the Kids+ Board

Kids+ is seeking to appoint two Non-Executive Directors to the Board. Incoming Directors will further the work of the Board in providing an independent and objective view to the direction, performance, and operating environment of Kids+.

We are seeking individuals who can provide leadership and contribute to shaping Kids+’ values and culture, and who will actively participate in the Board’s work. Candidates with diverse skills, experiences, and networks will be considered. Individuals with high level understanding of the NDIS policy and practice environment, or those with experience with major fundraising campaigns and engagement with high-net-worth individuals, would complement the Board’s existing skill set.

Established in 2003, and based in Geelong, Kids+ integrates allied health therapy with research, training, and community engagement, to provide a range of supports and services to infants, children and young people with developmental disabilities. The organisation is in robust financial health, has excellent governance structures in place, and has a highly experienced, talented, and passionate team.

Kids+ is seeking enthusiastic and ambitious individuals excited by the prospect of adding to and enhancing the organisation’s ongoing growth and development.

Kids+ is a Child Safe organisation and you will be required to complete satisfactory compliance screening prior to appointment.
