Zero Tolerance for Harm

Kids+ has zero tolerance for any form of harm or abuse: physical, emotional, psychological, or otherwise. We work actively and continuously to prevent harm from occurring, and we maintain robust safeguarding policies and procedures to protect every child who accesses our services.

All Kids+ staff and volunteers are required to comply with our child safety standards, and we take any breach of these standards extremely seriously.

We Take Every Concern Seriously

If you have a concern about a child's safety or wellbeing, whether it relates to something that has happened at Kids+ or elsewhere, we want to hear from you. We will respond to every concern sensitively, promptly, and with the child's best interests at the centre of everything we do.

You should never feel hesitant to raise a concern. Speaking up is always the right thing to do, and Kids+ is committed to making that process as safe and straightforward as possible.
