Kids+ Tek – The Online Community for Disability Tech
Finding the right assistive technology can be overwhelming. Kids+ Tek is here to change that.
Kids+ Tek is a desktop-based online forum created specifically for people with disabilities to connect, share knowledge, and explore the best technology options available to them. Whether you use AAC devices, adaptive gaming setups, or other assistive software, Tek gives you a space to learn from people who truly understand because they live it every day.
Share Your Setup. Learn From Others.
On Tek, members share their own personal technology setups with the community, offering real-world reviews and practical insights into the devices and software that work for them. From AAC communication tools to gaming accessibility solutions, the platform hosts a growing database of information covering a wide range of disabilities and needs. No guesswork, just honest, lived experience from people in similar situations.
A Community Built on Connection
Tek isn't just about tech. It's about belonging. The platform's forums give members a welcoming space to ask questions, share wins, and support one another. Members also stay informed with the latest assistive technology news, so you're never behind on the developments that could improve your daily life.
Created by Someone Who Gets It
Kids+ Tek was designed by Noah Callan, who himself has cerebral palsy (quadriplegia). Noah built Tek because he knows firsthand how transformative the right technology can be and how hard it can be to find it without community support.
“Kids+ Tek supports the disabled community with technology. Our goal is to connect, share information and learn about assistive technology.” - Noah Callan
Testimonials
Meet Kids+ Tek Creator
Noah Callan is the founder of Kids+ Tek .
Noah is 26 years old and he himself has a disability. Noah has cerebral palsy (quadriplegia) and as a result has relied heavily on technology for most of his life.
Noah understands first-hand the power that technology can have in improving one's life when you have a disability.
Noah has reasoned that if people with disabilities are able to share with others how they access and use technology then others can learn from this and overcome the trials and barriers in trying to source new technology for themselves
