Family Info & Resources at Kids+

Navigating disability support services can feel like a lot, especially when you're also managing the day-to-day needs of your child. Whether you're brand new to Kids+ or you've been part of our community for years, this page is your central hub for everything you need to feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage of your journey with us.

Who We Are

Kids+ is a registered NDIS provider located at Deakin University in Waurn Ponds, Geelong. We deliver specialist paediatric therapy and support services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, social work, and support coordination, for children and young adults with disability across Victoria. Our experienced team works closely with each child and their family to develop individualised therapy programs focused on helping every young person participate fully in everyday life and achieve the goals that matter most to them.

Resources Designed for You

We know that accessing disability support services for the first time can feel overwhelming. Families are often managing complex diagnoses, unfamiliar funding systems, and a range of competing priorities all at once. Our goal is to make that process as clear and straightforward as possible.

The resources on this page have been developed with families in mind. You'll find practical guidance on what to expect as a Kids+ client, how to navigate the NDIS, answers to frequently asked questions, family stories and testimonials, our family handbook, information on child safety, and details about our scholarship program and advisory groups.

We're Here to Help

No question is too big or too small. If you can't find what you're looking for, our team is always happy to help. Reach out to us directly and we'll point you in the right direction.
