Kids+ is guided by a passionate and experienced Board of Directors who are united by a shared commitment to improving the lives of children with disabilities and their families across the Geelong region and beyond.
Our Board members bring together diverse expertise spanning healthcare, business, finance, governance, and community services. Their collective knowledge and dedication ensure Kids+ remains a well-governed, forward-thinking organisation — one that can continue delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to the children and families who need them most.
Each Board member volunteers their time and skills because they believe deeply in what Kids+ stands for: a world where every child has the opportunity to thrive. Working alongside CEO Shaun Cannon and the broader Kids+ team, the Board provides strategic oversight and strong organisational leadership, helping shape the future direction of our services and programs.

Our CEO
Shaun Cannon
Shaun has over 20 years’ experience in project management and leading community organisations. He has been CEO of Kids+ since 2014. He reports, and is accountable to, the Kids+ Board of Directors. He is responsible for the overall management of Kids+.
Shaun works closely with the senior management team to review, plan and monitor client service delivery and the organisation’s human and financial resources.
