You can leave a gift in your will in several ways.

Suggested Wording for Your Will
Here is an example of wording you can share with your solicitor:
“I give, devise, and bequeath to Kids+ (ABN 83105087518) of Deakin University Waurn Ponds, Waurn Ponds VIC, 3216, Australia the sum of $________ / ______% of my estate / the residue of my estate for its general purposes. The receipt of the Chief Executive Officer or other authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge for my executor.”
